ServiceNow Technical Consultant
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis of business requirements and business processes as well as developing solution recommendations both in terms of business and technology,
- Detailed documentation preparation of business, functional and technical requirements,
- Designing the architecture of system solutions in terms of new components and modifications,
- Securing existing solutions and developing procedures to ensure their highest possible efficiency,
- Acting as the main contractor in the process of system administration and creating new solutions - active participation in all phases of software development, from collecting requirements to programming, testing and maintenance,
- Responsibility for the implementation of projects within the agreed time, budget and quality frames,
- Solving current problems and failures of administered services,
- Constant cooperation with stakeholders to maintain the business relationships and identify opportunities for further expand.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform from the administrator or developer side,
- Relevant experience in creating and modifying widgets and catalog items,
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript, SQL and HTML/CSS,
- Ability to perform business process modeling,
- Practical knowledge of BPMN,
- General experience in the consulting environment and in the project management,
- Studies on computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications,
- Knowledge of agile principles and methods as well as ITIL,
- Knowledge of issues related to system integration using Web Service, REST API and SOAP API as an asset,
- Experience with Serve user interface as an asset,
- Fluent in English,
- Good German,
- Ability to work independently,
- Teamwork skills,
- Open-minded approach,
- Ability to easily communicate and establish contact with clients,
- Readiness for business
